
We are where we are today because of the people and businesses who believed in Springfield Little Theatre and continue to support, participate and attend shows. Now entering into our 86th season, we produce roughly eight mainstage shows on our home stage at The Landers Theatre while our Education Department has grown into our second home, The Judith Enyeart Reynolds School of the Performing Arts for Springfield Little Theatre where they offer classes, workshops, performance opportunities and arts outreach to our entire community. SLT began in 1934 with the production of The Importance of Being Ernest and has grown tremendously each year since. Springfield Little Theatre is a nonprofit, community theatre located in downtown Springfield, Missouri. The moments, feelings, conversations and relationships that are created by experiencing live theatre live in all of us. We are not just in our community, we are our community. Chorley Little Theatre originally opened as the towns first electric cinema in 1910 and since then has become a thriving arts venue in the centre of the town. We’re in the lifelong friendships that began on the first day of a rehearsal.
